Lisa Wolf is the founder and driving force behind Wolf Search Solutions, bringing over 30 years of executive search expertise exclusively within the Food & Beverage industry. She began her career in restaurant operations before transitioning into recruiting, where she discovered her passion and built her craft. In 2003, Lisa launched Wolf Search Solutions with a clear vision: to deliver executive search with purpose combining rigor, discipline, and a deeply human approach to build leadership teams that deliver immediate impact and drive long-term value creation.

Lisa’s specialized expertise lies in securing leaders who drive transformation in high-stakes environments. She has proven success building multi-tiered leadership teams across the full spectrum of company lifecycles from turnarounds to next-generation growth and scale-ups. She has particular experience and passion for private equity-backed businesses, where the pace is fast, the stakes are high, and the outcomes are consequential.

She and her firm bring versatility across the Food & Beverage value chain, with experience spanning foodservice, retail grocery, and ingredient channels. Highly fluent across functions and channels, Lisa applies a keen filter for emotional intelligence, authenticity, and leadership capacity ensuring that the leaders she places not only perform but truly influence and inspire.
